2003 GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTION

The Annual General Meeting of the Association was held on Thursday, December 4, 2003. A quorum was established early in the evening. There were 290 Rockpointe Units represented either in person or by proxy.

Elected to the Board for a two year term were:

Maureen A Finan
John A Fotchman
Howard Greitzer

There were no other significant actions taken at the meeting.
