2004 GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTION

The Annual General Meeting of the Association was held on Thursday, December 2, 2004. A quorum was established shortly after 8:10 PM. There were 250 Rockpointe Units represented either in person or by proxy.

Elected to the Board for a two year term were:

Andrea J Canady
Jay G Davis
Wendell Durrant
Phil Jacks

There were no other significant actions taken at the meeting.
