2008 GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTION

The Annual General Meeting of the Association was held on Thursday, December 4, 2008. A quorum was established and the meeting began as scheduled.

Elected to the Board for a two year term were:

Andrea J Canady
Phil Jacks
Matthew Klinefelter
Tom McKenzie

There were no other significant actions taken at the meeting.
