This site was originally started as a place to post pictures taken at the 1998 General Meeting and Election (See MENU at left, they are still here) but it has grown beyond that. The Association was expected to develop a Web Site to serve RHOA members but it did not happen. Association Members needed a place where they could turn for timely information. The problems associated with the 1999 Board of Director's Election needed a place to be aired. The result has been the further development of this site and the establishment of an interactive eMail Reflector where Homeowners can discuss Association activities. All Owners and Residents are encouraged to learn about the Reflector and REGISTER so they can participate.
